All bonuses carry wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The standard Welcome Bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Only one active bonus per account at a time.
Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated bots, and fraudulent payment methods are all strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. garito will never ask for your password. Report any suspected unauthorized access to our support team immediately.

This Agreement is effective as of the date you create a garito account or, if earlier, the date you first access the platform. One Account per person is strictly enforced. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

garito will never contact you by any means to request your Account password. Any communication purporting to be from garito that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
garito is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC verification may also be initiated at any time at garito's discretion based on account activity or risk indicators.
To complete KYC verification, Members must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:
garito aims to review and process KYC submissions within 24 hours during business days. Members will be notified of the outcome via their regist ered email address. In cases where submitted documents are unclear or incomplete, garito will request resubmission, and the verification clock will restart from the date of resubmission.
Funds deposited into an unverified Account may be used for gameplay. However, withdrawal of any funds — including Real Money Funds and any winnings — will remain suspended until KYC verification is successfully completed. garito accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or rejected KYC submissions.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000.000. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). garito does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, depending on your chosen payment method. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum withdrawal amount per single transaction is Rp 25.000.000, with a maximum aggregate daily withdrawal limit of Rp 100.000.000. Higher limits may be available to VIP members at garito's sole discretion.
Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are processed within a target of 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next business period. garito aims to complete all pending withdrawal requests within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of submission.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your verified garito Account. garito reserves the right to refuse or reverse any withdrawal request where the destination account name does not match the verified Member name on file.
Withdrawal Checklist: Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure your Account is fully KYC-verified, your Account balance contains sufficient Real Money Funds (Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable), and your destination bank account or e-wallet is registered in your own name.
garito does not charge any transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your sole responsibility. garito accepts no liability for any fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.
garito offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this clause and any specific promotion page terms.
All Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page:
garito employs sophisticated detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk or opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; using automated betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be suspended or permanently closed.
All games available on the garito platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, togel lottery draws, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface or betting market. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the garito platform or its content without the express written permission of garito. Unauthorized use of garito's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
garito employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with game providers, payment processors, and KYC verification partners as strictly necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, garito and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
garito's total cumulative liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
garito does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. garito reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.

Any Member may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting garito's customer support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, garito will process any pending withdrawal of verified Real Money Funds to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification is complete. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
garito reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed by garito for reasons other than a breach of this Agreement, Real Money Funds held in the Account will be returned to the Member's registered payment method. Where an Account is closed due to a breach, garito reserves the right to withhold some or all funds pending investigation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized gaming regulations and principles of contract law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation, initiated by written notice to garito's support email.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days of written notice being received, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
garito's decisions regarding all game outcomes, bonus eligibility, KYC determinations, and Account status are final and may not be challenged through arbitration unless there is clear evidence of a material technical error on garito's part.
garito reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, garito will notify registered Members via email to their registered address and/or display a prominent notice on the platform homepage for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the garito platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
